Delivery & Returns
At Boss atHome we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.
Quality takes a little patience, our normal delivery time is 4-6 weeks for all furniture. The items in your order will be made, checked and delivered simultaneously unless arranged otherwise.
Goods will be accepted back for credit only with the express permission of Boss atHome. Please contact us for instructions on point of delivery. Made-to-order items cannot be accepted back in to stock. If you need to cancel your made-to-order items for any reason, this can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. If a cancellation is possible after 24 hours, Boss atHome will charge a cancellation fee as it is unlikely that we could re-sell made-to-order items to another customer. Please contact us for details.
Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after despatch from the warehouse. Refused deliveries of made-to-order items are not eligible for credit. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order items, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Boss atHome. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.

Delivery and Assembly
For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.
How long will my delivery take?
We do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home. Our normal delivery time is 4-6 weeks. (All items in your order will be delivered simultaneously, unless other is stated.) Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and require a signature on delivery. We regret that it is not possible to offer a dedicated date or time slot for delivery.
Access to your Home
Why do I need an Access Check?
You are responsible for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property and room of choice, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery. You are also obliged to provide any required parking permits in advance of delivery. The delivery charge does not include any costs resulting from the removal of fixtures, including windows and doorways, or specialist lifting equipment.
What else should I know?
If no one is available to accept the delivery at the delivery address, the driver should leave a card with information on arranging re-delivery or collection. The driver will attempt to deliver the furniture again before returning it to us.
